Welcome to Surf Coast Secondary College's Administration page. This page has been designed to help families find the information they are looking for when it comes to the Administration of the College. From meeting our friendly team to learning what support is available to you when you are experiencing financial hardship, we hope that this pages holds the answers to your questions. The Administration Office is open from 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday. Please note we are closed on public holidays and during the school holidays.

Although all staff contribute to the overall administration of the College, there are six key staff members who are the faces of our Administration Team:

General Information

Financial Information & Support

Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF)
The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like:
  • school camps or trips
  • swimming and school-organised sport programs
  • outdoor education programs
  • excursions and incursions.
 
On the first day of term one (29 January 2018) or the first day of term two (18 April 2018), a parent or legal guardian of a student must:
Be an eligible beneficiary of one of these cards:
  • Veterans Affairs Gold Card
  • Centrelink Health Care Card
  • Pensioner Concession Card

OR they must be a temporary foster parent
OR the student is 16 years or older and holds a valid concession card (such as a Youth Allowance Health Care Card)
AND the parent or legal guardian must submit an application by the due date.

State Schools Relief Uniform Package (Year 7)
Victorian government Year 7 students (in 2018) who are recipients of the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund are automatically eligible for a uniform package. The uniform pack includes basic uniform items needed to start secondary school.
